OUR COMPANY
In 1996, A One Realty and Development founder and president, Paul T. Fuentebella, migrated back to the Philippines after living in the United States for over a decade. He settled in Negros Occidental, his place of origin, where he started as a sugarcane farmer.
In 1998, Mr. Fuentebella began exploring the possibilities of real estate. He acquired, developed, and leased various properties to gasoline stations and warehouses. This operation soon burgeoned into a thriving business, compelling him to leave the farming sector.
Mr. Fuentebella established A One Realty and Development in 2008. Through active memberships in the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (REBAP) since 2013 and the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB) since 2024, his career in real estate expanded to other regions of Western Visayas.
In 2019, A One Realty and Development became a certified member of the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The company has accumulated numerous partners and collaborators, including surveyors, developers, contractors, business entities, local government units, and other Chamber of Commerce groups. It remains committed to its growing clientele nationwide, through partnership, innovation, and excellence.
